Safari specialist - Team of Experts

Karin_Bloem_lowThe safari possibilities in Africa are vast: hundreds of game parks, ranches, lodges, private and tented camps. The sequence of parks and accomodation combined with ways of transport can make or break a safari. The same in Asia. Where and when to go? Managing director, Karin Bloem, has lived many years in East Africa and visited all parks and most camps in the region. All her partners are locally based and passionate about their country. We understand what would fit our clients best and love to share the beauty and experience with you.

Personal Aproach

Going on safari is an experience of a life time. At Wild Times we are committed to make it the best possible one! We have a very personal approach. We  like to hear about you, your family or group. Ages, lifestyle, interests etc. Togehter we create an itinerary that fits your wishes and lifestyle best. Once you agree, there is nothing much for you to do. Just going there and start enjoying your holiday that has been organised untill the last little detail.

Well established Partners

Wild Times works with reliable partners. They send us the latest updates in constantly changing countries: who's got the best offers, what are the best places, roads, airlines etc.. And more importantly, our partners are around when clients are on safari! So they welcome you upon arrival and are around to assist if you need help.

Responsible Tourism

Wild Times strongly believes in responsible tourism and therefore prefers using camps and lodges that are managed accordingly. Organisations that are involved in conservation projects, protecting eco systems and wildlife, sustain the well being of local people, stress local ownership, support efforts to conserve the environment and contribute to biodiversity.

More Value For Money

You might think that booking a safari direct will be cheaper than through Wild Times. Not true! We offer the same rates but with all that extra advice that makes or breaks a safari. All camps look great samburu with kids on the internet. But what is true? Which camp would fit you best? What is the best routing, is everything included, and who will help you in case of emergency?
Besides that we are small and have low runing costs, making it possible to offer more for less!

Impartial Advice

Wild Times is owner-run and totally independent so offers impartial advice, the nicest camps and activities, smooth logistics and off course excellent guides to show you the wildlife. Wild Times doesn't own lodges so we select accommodation that is nicest for yóu. When you deal directly with a chain of lodges, you will probably only visit their properties. We feel its'much nicer to stay in different camps and to get a feel of the different styles that are available.

Flexibility

Working in a complicated and often unpredictable destinations, flexibility is of great importance. At Wild Times, we are small and personalised and therefore pride ourselves on always being flexible.Zambia_game_walk_elephant
